THREE ARRESTED ON WEEKEND DRUG CHARGES

  

Three people face drug charges after their arrests by Brenham Police over the weekend.

Friday, just before midnight, police pulled over 56-year old Edward Keith Tindol of Brenham, in the 1300 block of Prairie Lee Street.

Tindol was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility - 2^nd Offense.

Sunday morning, just after 2:30, police investigated a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot at the 2600 block of State Highway 36 South.

An investigation led to the arrest of 42-year-old Boyce Loving of Elgin and 19-year-old Kaitlyn Hart of Austin.

Loving was charged with Possession of Marijuana, while Hart was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
