BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO CONSIDER 2021-22 SCHOOL CALENDAR, STAFF CONTRACTS
The Burton School Board will consider the academic calendar for the new school year at its meeting Monday.

Trustees will discuss the proposed calendar for the 2021-22 school year.
Several staff contracts are also on Monday’s agenda, including the contracts of the elementary and high school principals, assistant principal, athletic director, and counselor. The board will also consider possible salary adjustments, as well as an adjustment to professional staff development days.
Also on Monday, trustees will consider approval of a custodial services contract with ABM, as well as a proposal from Texas Sanitizer Pros LLC. In addition, they will look at an agreement with Walker Quality Services Consulting, and potentially approve the purchase of a walk-in freezer.
The board will also hear a bond update and planning report, as well as monthly reports from the superintendent, principals, and athletic director.
