CITY OF BRENHAM TO DISTRIBUTE FREE BOTTLED WATER WEDNESDAY

Residents who are currently without water due to plumbing issues are invited to a free water distribution this (Wednesday) afternoon hosted by the City of Brenham.

The city has received a limited supply of bottled water for distribution to the public.  Water will be given out from noon to 6 p.m., or until the supply is gone, at the Brenham Fire Station at 101 North Chappell Hill Street.

Two cases of bottled water will be provided per household, while supplies last.

The city asks that only those who are in most need of water attend this distribution, and for those not in need to leave the opportunity to their neighbors who may currently be in extreme situations.

  1. That is very kind of the City of Brenham to do. I really appreciate all their help and all they are having to deal with and cleaning up after the mess last week that has left us all picking up the pieces to get back to our normal lives. I am so grateful that we will not be affected with high utility bills due to our City being regulated. Thank you City of Brenham Employees!
