TWENTY-THREE INDICTED IN LATEST GRAND JURY
Twenty-three people have been indicted in the latest Washington County 21st Grand Jury.
Indictments include 18-year-old Luis Anthony Avalos of Brenham for Assault Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation.
Avalos was arrested New Year’s Eve after police were called out to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Mill Creek Drive. At the scene a victim reported that that she had been choked and assaulted by Avalos.
According to police, the victim showed signs of injury to her neck.
Also indicted were:
21-year-old Eduardo Michael Macejewski of Chappell Hill, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon.
20-year-old Nathaniel Debryan Williams of Washington, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct Discharge Firearm.
19-year-old Zavian Armar Mayweather of Humble, Aggravated Robbery.
39-year-old Isham Casey Dale Evans of Brenham, Burglary of Building.
19-year-old Jakarrian Lewis of Brookshire, Tampering with Physical Evidence.
41-year-old Brandy Leigh Martinez of Caldwell, three counts of Credit/Debit Card Abuse.
34-year-old Amber Nicole Biernat and 31-year-old Cristian Alexander Castillo, both of Houston, Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
49-year-old John David Conwill of Somerville, three separate charges of Possession of Controlled Substance.
50-year-old Loyce Wilburn Beck of Baton Rouge, Louisiana for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Repeat Felony Offender).
Previously indicted and recently arrested:
35-year-old Shaqueta Shaquette Smith of Copperas Cove, Money Laundering $2,500-$30,000.
36-year-old Eric Montrae Smith of Copperas Cove, Possession of Marijuana 4 oz -to- 5 lbs.
And, 38-year-old Fredrick Pleasant of Houston, Bail Jumping/Fail to Appear.
