TRAFFIC SIGNALS DAMAGED FRIDAY ON HIGHWAY 290

  

From TxDOT (released at 7:13 p.m. Friday):

There has been a crash at the intersection of US 290 and FM 1155 in Chappell Hill that has damaged the traffic signal.  Emergency personnel are working the crash.  TxDOT is working to install a temporary signal at this intersection.

Motorists who travel this area should use caution and expect delays.  Questions about the crash should be directed to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
