AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

34-year-old Travis Lamon Sanders, indicted for Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction, offense occurring March 20th.

26-year-old Bradley Edwards Anslum, for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, occurring March 5th.

42-year-old Gilberto Garza, indicted for Theft of a Firearm, from January 7th.

58-year-old Carol Ann Consla, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense, from January 2nd.

23-year-old Presley Ann Warren, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child under 15 Years of Age, from March 23rd.

56-year-old Virginia Mae Garza, for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from May 26, 2020.

29-year-old Eric Lucero, charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one from July 9, 2020 and the other from March 4, 2021.

32-year-old Paul Douglas Blunck, III, 30-year-old Jacob Gish, 35-year-old Nancy Hamilton, 24-year-old Steven Ramon Mikulencak, 22-year-old Brittney Salter, and 49-year-old Scott Allan Spykes, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
