The Tangled Skirt, a whistle stop noir by Steve Braunstein, plays on Unity Theatre’s main stage starting tomorrow (Thursday) through June 27th.

The play features husband and wife Justin O’Brien and Crystal O’Brien as strangers Rhonda and Bailey, who pass the time with small talk as they wait for the last bus out of town.  Torn by passion and greed, the two play a deadly game of cat and mouse while trapped in their own secrets and lies.

Director Joel Sandel said this performance carries a lot of intrigue.

Sandel said he has always enjoyed noir and believes it to be fitting for what will be his directorial debut.
