OPENING DAY OF 11-YEAR-OLD LITTLE LEAGUE SECTION TOURNMENT RAINED OUT — KWHI TO BROADCAST MAJOR BASEBALL OPENING GAME, INTERMEDIATE STATE TOURNMANET DELAYED TO 8:00

Due to wet fields, Monday night's opening games of the 11-year-old Section One Little League Baseball Tournament have been rained out.

Due to unplayable conditions at Bachmann Park in College Station, all games are moved back at least one day.

Monday's 8:00 p.m. game between Washington County and Western Hills has been moved back to Tuesday.

Monday's Major Baseball game between Washington County and College Station in Austin will now be broadcast on AM 1280 KWHI/FM 101.7/www.kwhi.com.

The Intermediate State Tournament game between Washington County and West University has been delayed tonight to an 8:00 start time. KWHI will broadcast the game beginning with the pregame at 7:35p on www.kwhi.com -- alternate stream and on the KWHI phone app 'alternate stream'.

Tuesday night will feature a double header, with Minor Baseball between Washington County and Lufkin or Northwest at 5:35, followed by the 11-year-old game between Washington County and Western Hills at 7:35.
