This is the worst, poorly marked intersection in Washington County. Although numerous complaint sent to TEXDOT, they have consistently ignored driver complaints. At night, eastbound a person takes their life in their on hand trying to turn left(north) at a very poorly marked, unlighted dangerous intersection.
The intersection I’m referring to is HWY 290 and FM 2679
