LOCAL MAN ARRESTED AFTER FLEEING POLICE
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man faces a fleeing police charge following his arrest, Saturday morning.
Just before 10:00 a.m., police attempted to conduct a traffic stop at East Main and South St Charles Street on a vehicle for an equipment violation.
The driver, 44-year-old Kendrick Jackson, failed to stop for the officer. After a brief chase, Jackson eventually stopped and was arrested for Fleeing a Police Officer and was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
