FOUR TRANSPORTED FROM TWO FRIDAY NIGHT ACCIDENTS IN BRENHAM
Several people were taken to the hospital after two accidents Friday night in Brenham.
Shortly after 8 p.m., first responders were called out to a two-vehicle crash in the 3000 block of Highway 36 North. When they arrived, they found no one entrapped and both vehicles blocking the roadway.
Three people, two in one vehicle and one in the other, were taken to Baylor Scott and White in Brenham for their injuries. The Brenham Fire Department assisted Washington County EMS with the patients, and also helped with traffic control and with removing debris from the scene of the accident.
At 9:30 p.m., units responded to a single-vehicle rollover on FM 389 and Farmers Road. Three people were out of the vehicle when first responders arrived.
One person was transported to Baylor Scott and White in Brenham. The Brenham Fire Department aided Washington County EMS with the patient. The Salem Volunteer Fire Department assisted with traffic control.
The extent of the injuries in both accidents is unknown at this time.
