BURTON HIGH SCHOOL TO CELEBRATE HOMECOMING FRIDAY

Burton High School will crown a new Homecoming King and Queen tonight (Friday).
Candidates for Homecoming Queen are Karime Ortiz, Cassidy Fuchs, Allie Hohlt and Briana Torres.
Burton High School will also crown a Homecoming King this year. Nominees are Jayden Brown, Waylon Hinze, Weston Hinze and Troy Patterson.
Included in the homecoming court are Junior Duchess Brinn Rhodes, Sophomore Duchess Ella Hensley and Freshman Duchess Reagan Roemer.
The queen will be crowned at halftime of tonight’s football game between the Burton Panthers and the Granger Lions. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Panther Stadium. The king will be announced at the homecoming dance tomorrow (Saturday) night.
