MILAM COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS FOUR CALDWELL STUDENTS

A Grand Jury in Milam County has indicted four Caldwell High School students accused of stripping another student on a school bus in September.  18-year-old Katherine Hart, 17-year-old Marina Brinkman, 17-year-old Sophie Goodman and 17-year-old Kadie Hartman were each indicted on one count of engaging in organized criminal activity- unlawful restraint. The charge is a 3rd-degree felony.

The news was announced Thursday in a press release from Milam County, which is where the alleged incident occurred.

Warrants filed for the arrest of the 4 girls say they forcibly restrained a 14-year-old student on the bus and undressed her as they were returning to Caldwell following a sporting event.  They were arrested in October in Burleson County and have each been released on bond.

      1. Debra-
The girls admitted it. The first thing they did after getting off of the bus was run to the relative of the victim and boast. What makes you think it isn’t true?

  1. Justice on the way!! These young women should know right from wrong. Back when I was in extra curricular activity in HS. Parents, coaches, etc was spaced in the bus. There is no reason this should’ve or could’ve happened. Sick. Just sick. May God be with the victim and her family. Justice should be served.
