Carl Franklin and Linda Bessmer are asking for a variance to allow a 6.5-foot east side setback for a detached accessory dwelling unit at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. The Brenham Code of Ordinances requires a minimum 10-foot side setback.
Russell and Donna Kellar are asking for a Special Exemption to allow a 3-foot south side setback for an accessory structure at 2501 Valley Drive. A minimum 5-foot side setback is required.
The Brenham Board of Adjustment meets Monday at 5:15 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.
