NAVASOTA MAYOR TO DELIVER ‘STATE OF THE CITY’ ADDRESS JAN. 12

Navasota Mayor Bert Miller will present the annual State of the City address next month.

Miller will recap 2021 and discuss 2022 and beyond at the address, slated for Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the Navasota Center.

The meeting, which is co-hosted each year by the Navasota Grimes County Chamber of Commerce and the Navasota Examiner newspaper, will begin with check-in and coffee at 9:30 a.m.  The program will get underway at 10 a.m.

In addition to the mayor’s presentation, updates will be provided by Grimes County Judge Joe Fauth, Navasota ISD Superintendent Dr. Stu Musick and Brazos Valley Council of Governments Director Michael Parks.

A limited number of reserved seats, which include lunch, are available through the Chamber.  General admission is free beginning at 11:45 a.m. for those who wish to hear only the mayor’s speech.
