The Heritage Society of Washington County invites the public to its annual Spring Gala.

The celebration of the county’s history will be held Saturday, April 2nd at 6 p.m. at the Giddings Stone Mansion.  The theme for this year’s event is “A Legendary Journey to the American Frontier”.

The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the 2022 Senior Belles, which include: Robin Aguilar, Lyndsey Ballard, Jessalynn Bolcerek, Madison Garcia, Aidan Hord, Cameron Knuppel, Kaylen Kruse, Katie Mikolajchak, Keely Mikolajchak, Kenley Mikolajchak, Caroline Murphy, Moli Ragonis, Callie Ross, Gretchen Schulze, Emily Searle, Allyson Trostle, Lauryn Wells, Adrienne Zientek and Kelsey Zientek.

The Heritage Society will also honor Eddie and Sally Van Dyke for their years of support.

The gala will also include a gourmet catered meal, live music from the Tin Man Band, an open bar, live and silent auctions, party boards and a $10,000 grand prize drawing.

Proceeds from the gala directly benefit the restoration and beautification of the Giddings Stone Mansion and Giddings Wilkin House Museum.  The Belle program works throughout the year to educate the community about the houses and families that helped build Washington County.
