SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN ATTEMPTED BREAK-IN AT THE INDUSTRY POST OFFICE

  

Three men were arrested after trying to break in to the drop box at the Industry Post Office.

Austin County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the Post Office located at 7944 Ernst Parkway in Industry at 12:40am Sunday to a report of several suspects trying to break into the drop box.

A witness gave deputies a description of the suspects and the vehicle they used to flee the scene.

With help from the Brenham Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle was later located in Brenham.

Pry bars and hoods described by the witness were said to have been found inside the vehicle.

Three suspects that have been identified as Dezman Williams, Darrel Williams, and Trejon Holmes were taken into custody and booked into the Austin County Jail in Bellville.

The trio was charged with Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument, Criminal Mischief, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
