A ribbon cutting was held Saturday for a new RV park near Washington-on-the-Brazos.

The Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce welcomed Birthplace of Texas RV Park, located at 10045 Highway 105.

The RV park, owned by Bob and Kathy Frederick, is set within a hilly countryside landscape and has pull-through, shaded sites with access to water, sewer and electrical hook-ups.  Reservations can be booked by day, by week or by month.
