TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED SATURDAY AFTER SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE CALL

  

Two people were arrested Saturday on various charges after they attempted to duck down inside of a vehicle.

Brenham Police report that early Saturday morning at 3:00 AM, Officers checked out on a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Fairview Street that was occupied by two subjects who were attempting to duck down inside of the vehicle. The investigation led to Officers conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle which led to Marcus Dewayne Brisco, 43 of Brenham, and Christine Ann Tomczak, 44 of Brenham, being taken into custody. Brisco was charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Tomczak was charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Brisco and Tomczak were transported to the Washington County Jail, where they were booked in for their charges and released to the jail staff.
