BURTON TRACK TEAMS COMPETE AT THE DISTRICT MEET IN SNOOK
The Burton Panther and Lady Panther Track Teams participated at the District Track Meet in Snook on Thursday.
As a team, the Panthers finished first overall, while the Lady Panthers finished third overall.
The top four finishers in each event advance to the Area Meet next week in Deweyville.
Panthers advancing to Area:
- German Alba - 3rd in 100 Meter Dash
- Jayden Brown - 1st in 200 Meter Dash
- Tanner Gore - 3rd in 200 Meter Dash
- Austin Gutierrez - 3rd in 400 Meter Dash
- Hunter Hancock - 1st in 800 Meter Run, 1st in 1600 Meter Run, and 1st in 3200 Meter Run
- Colton Broesche - 3rd in 800 Meter Run
- Grayson Brown - 3rd in 3200 Meter Run
- Trinity Pope - 4th in 3200 Meter Run
- Cannon Manley - 1st in 110 Meter Hurdles and 2nd in 300 Meter Hurdles
- Colby Beck - 3rd in 110 Meter Hurdles
- Trent Unger - 4th in 110 Meter Hurdles
- Tanner Gore, Austin Gutierrez, Jayden Brown, and German Alba - 2nd in 4x100 Meter Relay and 1st in 4x200 Meter Relay
- C.J. Casas, Vicente Veliz, Colton Broesche, and Chet Fritsch - 2nd in 4x400 Meter Relay
