POLICE CHASE ENDS IN ARREST OF HUTTO MAN

  

A police chase from Brenham to Hempstead early Saturday morning ended in the arrest of a Hutto man.

Brenham Police report that early Saturday morning at 2:20, Officers observed a white four-door passenger car traveling in the wrong lane of travel in the 1500 block of Highway 290 heading eastbound. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle but it continued disregarding emergency lights. The vehicle was pursued into Waller County where it was spiked by Hempstead Police. The driver, Joshua Servin-Lopez, 17 of Hutto, was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief between $2500 and $30,000, Evading Arrest, Evading Arrest with a vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 Oz, and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. Servin-Lopez was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in and released to jail staff.
