BMS PRINCIPAL NAMED DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION, ASST. PRINCIPAL PROMOTED TO PRINCIPAL

Brenham Middle School’s principal has been promoted to a districtwide position, and an assistant principal has been named to fill her role.
Brenham ISD on Monday announced the promotion of Peggy Still to Director of Instruction and Erin Thibodeaux as the new middle school principal.
Still has served Brenham ISD for 29 years, while Thibodeaux has been with the district for 18 years and is currently an assistant principal at Brenham Middle School. Both are Brenham ISD alumni.
Still said it has been “a privilege to serve Brenham Middle School as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal”, and is “excited to continue to serve not only BMS but the entire district in this new role.”

Thibodeaux said she is “both honored and humbled” by this new opportunity, and is eager to “be a part of the legacy of success at BMS.”
The two will begin their new leadership positions this summer.
