BELLVILLE’S BREWER TO BE INDUCTED INTO AVCA HALL OF FAME

Longtime Bellville Brahmanette Head Volleyball Coach Susan Brewer is going to be one of four inductees into this year's American Volleyball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Brewer started the volleyball program at Bellville High School back in 1977.
She has 1,139 career wins in 45 seasons as a head coach. That's an average of 25 wins per season.
Brewer has taken Bellville to 40 playoff appearances in 45 seasons there.
They have also made 17 trips to the State Tournament, and come home with nine State Championships.
Brewer's induction will be during the AVCA's Convention in Omaha, Nebraska on December 15.

I admit I wish one of those 9 wins was not against Sealy (but we could’ve beaten them, and they read us better).
That said – Brewer definitely deserves this honor.
