REGISTRATION OPEN FOR FOURTH ANNUAL BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES
Registration has begun for area nonprofit organizations to take part in the fourth annual Brazos Valley Gives.
The fundraiser is a month-long community giving effort hosted by the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley that culminates in 18 hours of online giving on Tuesday, October 18th. The event raises money and awareness for nonprofits in the seven-county region of the Brazos Valley.
Last year, a total of $928,190 was raised for 154 nonprofit organizations. This year’s goal for Brazos Valley Gives is $1 million with 165 participating nonprofits.
All donations pass through directly to the donor’s charity or charities of choice.
Nonprofits are invited to register to participate in the fundraiser by Friday, September 9th at www.brazosvalleygives.org or via email at brazosvalleygives@gmail.com. Organizations that sign up by noon on Friday, August 19th will be eligible for an early bird registration prize.
