The Texas Arts and Music Festival has announced the mural artist and musical entertainment for its seventh annual event this fall in downtown Brenham.

The free festival will be held on October 15th and 16th, featuring live music, an art village, pop-up art galleries and live mural paintings.

Doug Hiser of Santa Fe, Texas will add another mural to downtown’s growing collection.  Hiser is a member of Artists for Conservation, representing the world’s leading nature and wildlife artists, and travels the globe in search of the wild beasts that he paints.
