NINE PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Nine people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District court this week.

Aaron Reid, 39 of Houston, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  He was also sentenced to 15 months is state jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Timothy John Schaffer, 56 of Brenham, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for a 2014 case of Abandoning or Endangering a Child - Criminal Negligence.

Sergio Miguel Domenech, 23 of Houston, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 382 days in state jail for Attempted Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.   He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Cameron Mitchel Simon, 32 of Giddings, was sentenced to 6 years of probation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.

Nikki Andrade, 29 of Burton, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Jaime Camilo Perez, 21 of Ledbetter, was sentenced to 5 years of deferred adjudication probation for Assault of a Pregnant Person.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 150 hours of community service and complete a batterer’s intervention program.

Christopher Spangle, 55 of Burton, was sentenced to 3 years of probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Tracy McCullough, 48 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for making a Terroristic Threat against a Peace Officer or Judge.  He was also ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.

Deangelia Jackson, 50 of Avondale, Louisiana, was sentenced to 2 years of probation for Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd offence.  She was also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.
