TWELVE PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eleven People plead guilty and were sentenced pursuant to plea agreement by Judge Carson Campbell this week.  One person previously pled guilty and was sentenced by the Court after a hearing.

Carlos Rivera Loredo, 24 of Irving, after a hearing was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Continuous Violence Against the Family and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.  He was also sentenced to 1 year probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Probation was required by law due to the offense and criminal history.

Darrell Darnell Hardman, 57 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Burglary of Habitation to Intend Other Felony and Assault Family Violence by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

James Ira Thomas, IV, 28 of Brenham, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 10 months in state jail for Theft of Property less than $2500, with 2 or More Previous Convictions.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Kyle Cole Barnett, 29 of Florence, Texas, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine, and perform 150 hours of restitution.

Desmonia Jonaye Curtis, 36 of Houston, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.  She was also ordered to not have contact with the victims in this case, and to stay away from the Brenham Lowe’s store.

Anthony Wayne Contee, Sr., 40 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.  He was also ordered to pay a $750 fine and perform 120 hours of community service.

Alex Ignacio Morales, 44 of Houston, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Stephanie Nicole Durnan, 37 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age.  She was also ordered to serve 5 days in the Washington County Jail within first 6 months of probation and perform 150 hours of community service.

Thomas Ykhoa Niekdam, 31of Austin, was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Possession Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Douglas Anthony Faterkowski, 34 of Bellville, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication for Possession Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Teresa Makae Kmiec, 47 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 2 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.15.  She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 80 hours of community service, and serve 5 days in the Washington County Jail within first 6 months of probation.

Elvin Noe Dubon Caramo, 18 of Austin, was sentenced to 3 days in the Washington County Jail for Tampering with a Government Record.  She was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine.
