BURLESON CO. FAIR NAMES FAIR QUEEN, LITTLE MISS

Burleson County has named its 2022 Fair Queen and Little Miss.
Alexis Macik was crowned as fair queen during festivities Sunday night. First Runner-up was Hope Savage, Second Runner-up was Kylan Canon and Third Runner-up was Jalynn Urbanosky.
In the Little Miss Contest, Hadley Doonan was named the winner. The First, Second and Third Runners-up were Kambry Mantey, Kynadee Polasek and Peyton Zwernemann, respectively. A total of 16 contestants participated.
Livestock judging opens on Wednesday and continues through Friday. The commercial heifer sale will be held on Friday at 6 p.m., followed on Saturday by the youth livestock auction at 5 p.m.
The fair will also have games and rides by Sam’s Amusements and Carnivals from Wednesday to Saturday, along with music from the Wyatt Ellis Band on Thursday, Texas Unlimited Band and Wade Bowen on Friday, and the Crossroads Band, Rick Trevino and Mark Wills on Saturday.
