BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES RESIDENTIAL REPLATS
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved two residential replats at its meeting Monday.
The first request was from Dara Childs of MC Property Holdings, LLC, concerning the replat of two properties into a single 0.1766 acre lot at 905 Sycamore Street. The replat is to allow construction of a single-family residence.
The second request came from Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church, for the replat of two properties at 204 Kerr Street and 1008 Garrett Street into one 0.616 acre property. The church is looking to demolish the single-family residence on location and build a community center.
