BRENHAM PARKS AND REC BOARD TO DISCUSS JACKSON STREET PARK MASTER PLAN

  

The Brenham Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will hear from a consultant on Wednesday about a master plan for improvements to Jackson Street Park.

Early this year, city staff engaged Burditt Consultants to conduct a master plan and provide a list of items to consider when preparing for funding related to enhancements.  Members of the firm will be at the meeting to discuss their findings and estimated budget numbers for improvements.

The board will also receive updates on projects funded by the Brenham Community Development Corporation for 2021, 2022 and 2023.  In addition, updates will be given by staff.

The board will meet Wednesday at noon in the second floor conference room at Brenham City Hall.
