SIX PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Six people plead guilty and were sentenced in District Court this week by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

Luis Anthony Avalos, 20 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation, and Injury to a Child.

Matthew Garrett Polk, 45 of Austin, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Injury to an Elderly Individual.

Oscar Allan Zientek, 60 of Brenham, had his probation revoked for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences and was sentenced to 4 years in prison.  He was also ordered to pay a $1455 fine.

Alexia Ashyra Trashae Lister, 22 of Brenham, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.  She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, have no contact with the victim or the L.A. Chicken Shack, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Jason Todd Hrachovy, 47 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Injury to an Elderly Individual.  He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Trevius Dontay Webb-Lewis, 25 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.  He was also ordered to pay a $200 fine, perform 50 hours of community service, and have no contact with the victim.
