21 INDICTED BY THE WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY

  

21 people were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury Tuesday.

Victor Hugo Aguilar, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Juan Alberto Freire Diaz, 39 of Pflugerville, was indicted for Fraudulent Possession or Use of a Credit or Debit Card.

Joaquin Santos Echeverria, 27 of Chappell Hill was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Leonardo Heredia Gonzalez, 32 of Miami, Florida, was indicted for Fraud Possession of a Credit or Debit Card.

Ronnie Dewayne Harris, 42 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

Jamie Candace Hendrickson, 27 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Ralph Eddie Kallie, II, 22 of Brenham, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 oz. in a Drug Free Zone.

Kevin Allen Kornegay, 40 of Hearne, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Cebrina Midkiff, 32 of Brenham, was indicted for Forgery with the Intent to Defraud or Harm the Elderly. 

Lionel Salgado, Jr., 21 of Mission, Texas, was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

Five people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, they are: Jessie Lee Caldwell, 35 of Austin, Samuel Castillo, Jr., 32 of Brenham, Domanic Devon Gaines, 30 of Houston, Ricky Charles Griffin, 60 of Washington, Texas, and Terrell Duane Nickerson, 62 of Brenham.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released.

Jesse Cantu, 29 of Navasota, was indicted for Possession Controlled Substance.

Reagan Anthony Sandoval, 50 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
