BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED ON ASSAULT CHARGE

A Brenham woman was arrested last (Monday) night during a reported disturbance call.
Brenham Police Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Northview Circle around 10:30pm.
Officers investigated at the scene and were able to determine that an assault had occurred.
23-year-old Ariel Nicole Mata was arrested on a charge of Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
Mata was transported to the Washington County Jail, where she was booked in and released to jail staff.
