BRENHAM TRACK SEASON COMES TO AN END AT AREA MEET

The season came to an end this (Thursday) afternoon for the Brenham Cub Track Team at the Area Meet at Lake Belton High School.

Brenham had participants in three events at the meet. The top four finishers for each event advance to next week's Regional Meet in Humble.

Jaylon Ward finished sixth in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 22.63 seconds. The event was won by Kendrick Jones of Lake Belton, who had a time of 21.30 seconds.

Jayvon Carleton finished sixth in the 300 Meter Hurdles with a time of 41.57 seconds. The event was won by Braylon Price of A&M Consolidated with a time of 38.51 seconds

The 4x200 Meter Relay Team of Jaylon Ward, Savion Ragston, JaBreon Moore, and Cartelle Brown finished seventh with a time of one minute and 30.5 seconds. The event was won by Lake Belton with a time of one minute and 27.16 seconds.
