NAVASOTA REVEALS SOUNDS OF SUMMER LINEUP

The City of Navasota is making preparations for its annual Sounds of Summer concert series.

Today (Monday), the city announced who will perform during this year’s free concerts, set for the third Friday of June, July and August at 7 p.m. on the grounds of Navasota City Hall.

The Rapture Band will kick off the series on June 16th with a diverse repertoire, from Latin to today’s hottest Top 40 to country and many other genres.

The Brown Sugar Band will hit the stage on July 21st, playing its popular blend of Motown, R&B and rock ‘n roll.

Closing out the series on August 18th will be The Lost Boys, who bring the 80's back to life and perform the greatest hits of the decade.

Food trucks will be on site.  Lawn chairs and coolers are encouraged.

Any organizations or businesses interesting in sponsoring the Sounds of Summer can contact City of Navasota Marketing and Communications Director Bobbie Lehrmann at blehrmann@navasotatx.gov
