HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED FRIDAY

  

A Houston man was arrested Friday morning following a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Friday morning at 10:30, Sergeant Jonathan Phipps initiated a traffic stop on South Lubbock Street near the intersection with Highway 290 West. During a search of the vehicle, the driver, Andy Diaz Villavicencio, 28 of Houston, was found to be in possession of narcotics and approximately 199 gift cards which were later discovered to be altered. Villavicencio was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Cards.
