BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO HIRE NEW ASST. PRINCIPAL AT BMS

  

Consideration of a new assistant principal at Brenham Middle School will top Monday’s agenda for the Brenham School Board.

Trustees will look to hire a candidate to fill the position previously held by Ted Ferretti, who joined Brenham ISD in June 2022 after having previously served as Splendora Junior High School’s assistant principal. 

According to Brenham ISD Superintendent Dr. Tylor Chaplin, Ferretti resigned from his position in Brenham after completing the school year.

In other business, trustees will consider a bid to install carpet in the Community Education building, which has been undergoing renovation.  They will also act on the purchase of security film services, authorization of bank signatories and approval of a budget amendment before holding a budget workshop and potentially an executive session. 

The board will meet Monday at noon in the Brenham ISD Administration Office.  The meeting will be livestreamed on Brenham ISD’s YouTube channel.
