BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO DISCUSS BUDGET PROJECTIONS, HEAR REPORTS

  

Budget talks and monthly reports will be among Monday’s items of importance for the Burton School Board.

Trustees will go over preliminary budget projections and hear reports from the superintendent, principals, athletic director and nurse.  There will also be an update on the facilities bond project.

Other business will include consideration of Lightspeed as the district’s internet content filter provider, Region VI Education Service Center e-contracts, a localized board policy manual update and possible action on a former employee’s request to withdraw his resignation of employment.

After regular session, the board will go into executive session to discuss personnel and district safety and security, as well as to confer with school district employees.

The board will meet Monday at 6 p.m. in the Burton High School auditorium.
