JUNETEENTH OFFICE CLOSURES FOR CITY OF BRENHAM, WASHINGTON CO.

  

In celebration of Juneteenth, offices around Washington County will be closed today (Monday).

Brenham City Hall, Brenham Municipal Court, Brenham Animal Services, the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library and all Washington County offices will be closed.

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center will be open with reduced hours of 1 to 5 p.m., while the Brenham & Washington County Visitor Center will have normal hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Collection/Transfer and Recycling Station will also be open for regular hours.  Residential and commercial trash pick-up will operate on a standard schedule.

The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will be closed.  Bluebonnet members can access their account information and make payments through the co-op’s website, www.bluebonnet.coop, the MyBluebonnet mobile app or by calling 800-842-7708.  Power outages can be reported through the website, phone app, calling 800-949-4414 or via the Bluebonnet Outage Alerts program by texting OUT to 85700.
