BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR HARASSMENT

A Brenham man was arrested Sunday for harassment.
Brenham Police report that Sunday afternoon at 5:20, Officers were dispatched to the Brenham Police Department in reference to harassment. Initial investigation revealed the caller was being followed by her ex-boyfriend who the caller has an active emergency protective order against. Additionally, the ex-boyfriend sent her text messages communicating with her. The ex-boyfriend, Gregory Paul Garcia, 22 of Brenham, was placed into custody for Violation of bond or Protective Order with 2 or more previous convictions and transported to the Washington County Jail.
