BRENHAM POLICE MAKE TWO WARRANT ARRESTS FRIDAY

Two people were arrested on warrants by Brenham police on Friday.
Shortly before 5:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West Third Street in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The caller, 34-year-old Angelina Lashay Howard of Brenham, was found to have six active local traffic warrants. Howard was placed under arrest and was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Just past 11 p.m., Officer Lauren Vieceli stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of Sycamore Street. The driver, 35-year-old Leland Dean Bostain of Burton, was found to have an active local traffic warrant. He was placed under arrest and taken to the Washington County Jail.
