BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

A Brenham man was arrested Saturday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Saturday afternoon at 12:35, Officer Grayson Marburger conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Chappell Hill Street and East Main Street. Upon further investigation, it was found that the driver, identified as Elijah Jamaar Green, 17 of Brenham, was in possession of Marijuana and THC. Green was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
