KWHI TO AIR AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH PROGRAMS FEB. 5-9
KWHI will observe African American History Month with a series of programs featuring local students.
Monday through Friday, February 5-9, the students will share short presentations with information about important people and historic moments in African American history.
The programs will run during KWHI’s morning newscast at 7:48 a.m. and the evening newscast at 5:25 p.m. on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com.
KWHI’s African American History Month programs are sponsored by Allen Dave Funeral Home, Brenham National Bank, Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, Budweiser – Mike Hopkins Distributing, Citizens State Bank and the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.
