EIGHT SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Eight people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st District Court before Judge Carson Campbell.
28-year-old Austin Perez of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a third degree felony.
53-year-old Nathan Earl Davis of Chappell Hill, sentenced to 4 years in prison for Attempted Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a third degree felony.
39-year-old Willie Moore of Robbin, Illinois, sentenced to 3 years in prison for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation, a third degree felony.
33-year-old Gerardo Roque Zamora of Brenham, probation revoked and sentenced to 18 months in state jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony. Zamora was also fined $500.
30-year-old Jacqueline Patterson of Brenham, probation adjudicated and sentenced to 367 days in state jail for Theft between $1,500 - $20,000 and Forgery, both state jail felonies. Patterson was also ordered to pay $1,054 in restitution.
56-year-old Christopher Eric Spangle of Burton, sentenced to 18 months’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony. Spangle must also pay $180 in restitution and complete an intermediate sanction facility drug program.
29-year-old Jamie Candace Hendrickson of Brenham, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Credit/Debit Card Abuse, a state jail felony. Hendrickson was also fined $900 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
70-year-old John Kirby Simmons of Katy, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Forgery of a Financial Instrument between $2500 -$30,000, a third degree felony. Simmons was also fined $750 and ordered to complete 200 hours of community service.
