TIFFANY ANDERSON NAMED BRENHAM POLICE DEPT.’S 2023 OFFICER OF THE YEAR
The Brenham Police Department has named its 2023 Officer of the Year.

Officer of the Year.
Corporal Tiffany Anderson was recognized at Thursday’s city council meeting as the recipient of the honor.
Interim Brenham Police Chief Lloyd Powell called officer of the year a coveted award, because the winner is determined by their peers. Each year, the department puts out a ballot for all officers to vote on who they think should be named officer of the year.
Powell said this go-around, the vote was unanimous for Anderson.

Anderson, who was presented a commemorative plaque, thanked her fellow members of the police department for their support. She also gave appreciation for the collaboration between local law enforcement agencies.
Also recognized on Thursday was newly promoted officer Conner Caskey, who has achieved the rank of corporal.
Congratulations to Tiffany, Conner and the BPD its not getting any easier to enforce our laws so thank you for your service and lets stay safe at there! I don’t think we will run out of criminals anytime soon as we move into the future mostly due to drugs,greed and lack of God in their life.
