OVER 1,300 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH FOUR DAYS; FRIDAY LAST DAY TO VOTE EARLY
Thursday’s early voting turnout for the runoff election was the highest so far this week.
According to Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, 399 people voted on Thursday, including 386 Republicans and 13 Democrats.
The total through four days of early voting is 1,381, consisting of 1,343 Republicans and 38 Democrats.
The most recent primary runoff in May 2022 had 1,559 early voters across four days.
Today (Friday) is the last day to vote early at the Washington County Courthouse Annex. Hours of availability are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election Day is Tuesday.
