13 PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
13 people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court this week by Judge Carson Campbell.
James Michael Beamon, 30 of Bleiblerville, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for having a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility. He was also sentenced to 9 months in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 9 months in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Kenneth Mitchell Martinez, 31 of Brenham, was sentenced to 16 months in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Michelle Sierra-Jaimes, 18 of Austin, had her probation adjudicated and sentenced to 8 months in State Jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. She was also ordered to pay $6728 in restitution.
Larry Jerome Corpus, 37 of St. Petersburg, was sentenced to 6 months in State Jail for Forgery. He was also ordered to pay $1945 in restitution.
Todd Christian Johnson, 38 of San Marcos, was sentenced to 8 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Frederick Demonte Williams, Jr., 29 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Demarcus Dathiun Wilson, 21 of Copperas Cove, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Derek Aurel Dow, 26 of Houston, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Robert Patrick Witt, 69 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and have an interlock device installed on the vehicle.
Bailey Lynn Tompkins, 25 of Channelview, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Harassment of a Person in a Correctional Facility and Assault of a Public Servant. She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service and have a psychological evaluation and treatment.
Denes Earl Gilleylen, 33 of Missouri City, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Taylor Bullard, 34 of Bellville, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Credit or Debit Card Abuse. She was also ordered to pay a $5000 fine, perform 100 hours community service, and stay away from Del Sol Food Company.
Shawvin Gerard Tingle, 43 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
