ANIMAL CRUELTY ARREST MADE IN WALLER COUNTY

The Waller County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a male subject in connection with an animal cruelty case.
On Sunday, a citizen called in to report seeing the suspect, 39-year-old Edmilla Edvin Angol, dumping a white dog in a container in the Fields Store area.
A Sheriff’s Deputy located Angol at the intersection of Bowler Road and Kyle Road.
After a further investigation, Angol was arrested and taken to the Waller County Jail where he was charged with Cruelty to Non-Livestock.
The dog was turned over to Waller County Animal Control.
Waller County Sheriff Troy Guidry said that if you see someone dumping animals to be sure and call their dispatch at 979-826-8282, and select option one.
