2024 CUB FOOTBALL SCHEDULE RELEASED

The 2024 Brenham Cub Football Schedule has been released. With the realignment that occurred back in February, the Cubs will have five non-district and five district games this year.

The season opens against former district foe Huntsville at their new stadium on Friday, August 30.

The following week will be the first home game at Cub Stadium against Houston Sterling, and it is also Seniors Night on Friday, September 6.

Week three will see the Cubs on the road against the Bryan Vikings at Merrill Green Stadium on Friday, September 13.

Then, Brenham comes back home to play Killeen on Friday, September 20, and it is also Youth Night.

The Cubs then round out their non-district schedule with a game against the defending Class 4A Division II Champion Gilmer on Friday, September 27. The game is going to be a neutral site game that is being played in Huntsville.

This year, the bye week is on Friday, October 4.

The following week, Brenham opens district play with their Homecoming Game against Waco High School at Cub Stadium on Friday, October 11.

The Cubs then play Bryan Rudder in a district game at home on Friday, October 18. That is going to be Hall of Honor Night, and Pink Out Night (in honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month.)

Brenham will have their longest road trip of the year on Friday, October 25, as they travel to Killeen Ellison for a district game.

The final regular season home game for the Cubs will be on Friday, November 1, against Waco University High School in a district game. That will also be "Black Out Night".

The last game of the regular season will be a road trip to Belton for a district game on Thursday, November 7.
