TWO PEOPLE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT

  

Two people were arrested early Friday, charged with assault.

Brenham Police report that early Friday morning at 1:30, Officers responded to a business located in the 1900 block of FM 389 in reference to a physical disturbance. Investigation revealed Asia Danae Gibson, 19 of Brenham, and Michael Dwayne Offing, 19 of Brenham, were involved in a physical altercation and currently in a dating relationship. Both were placed in custody for Assault Family Violence. Additionally, Offing had an outstanding warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member issued by Washington County Justice of the Peace Pct. 3. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail where they were booked in.
